Processing includes:

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high demand, processing time may extend slightly. Customers will be notified if delays occur.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note:

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

Lost or Delayed Packages

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging
