RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are subject to specific conditions.

Return Eligibility

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The product is returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Processing delays may occur depending on your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged upon arrival

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photo evidence

We will offer:

  • Refund

  • Store credit

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed.
